In following certain investigations into the nature of Zionist/fascist Israeli policies toward the innocent people of Palestine, I have experienced a new level of cyber-attacks, different from the occasional email worm or two, which I have experienced in the past. When pursuing the source of provocative Israeli quotes found on the Internet, in particular, the quotes attributed to the "Koenig Memorandum," I had a couple of days of torment by an army of Trojans. (Most of them attached to my anti-spyware program. These attacks are happening all over, at the website level.) The bulk of the assault which I experienced occurred after I commented on the Jerusalem Post website, about an article that had been hyping the Ahmadinejad/Hitler campaign. I can't say for sure if the two events were linked, but it is obvious that some Israelis and their American supporters zealously go to great lengths to defend "the Birthright" against the forces of anti-Zionism.
The Koenig Memorandum, or the Koenig Report has been quoted as saying:
"We must use terror, assassination, intimidation, land confiscation, and the cutting of all social services to rid the Galilee of its Arab population." - Israel Koenig. [Written after March 30, 1976]
The copy I came up with never used these exact words, but it did have this quote at the end:
"In view of the speedy deterioration and the forecast which I have outlined in my previous memorandum and in the present one...."
In searching for that second report I went to this long "Find Articles" reference and went to the end for resources. I was hit with the first wave of the attack. The next day, after fixing the problems from the first attack, I pissed-off the Zionists, big time. I had just logged-off from commenting on the Jerusalem Post article, when I experienced the second wave (ten times the "bots" from the first wave). About this time the entire article was removed from the website, after I had posted a second comment to the effect that "nobody really believes that Iran, a country with no industrial base and yet-to-be-built nukes, is capable of Armageddon. Sneh was right, the only 'existential' threat is to the Zionist dream of a Jewish majority in Israel." I don't know if this proves linkage to the two events, but I do know that they occurred in the space of an hour, or two.
In this two-day time period, I had come across an anti-Zionist political fight that has developed at the University of California, Irvine, over this same quote. This report was about an active campaign by B'Nai B'rith and ADL (Anti Defamation League) to force changes at the university level over trumped up charges of "hate speech," centered on charges that the Koenig comments were a misquote. I know personally of at least one case of ongoing lawsuits by B'Nai B'rith lawyers to ban such "hate speech" from some of these previously attacked websites. (No names here.) Does this suggest a linkage between those who are fighting to suppress the use of the Zionists words against them on college campuses and on the Internet, or is it just my paranoia kicking into overtime?
Whatever the implications of this question are, I've gotten way off topic, I think. Does anyone have the second "Koenig Report/Memorandum?" Whatever the truth about the precision of this quote, it does accurately sum-up the report – the quote describes an Israeli official's recommendations (the Northern District [Galilee] Commissioner of the Ministry of the Interior, which was submitted to Prime Minister Rabin) to force 80% of Palestinians out of the Israeli workforce and a large portion of the occupied territories. My copy of the report carries a disclaimer that the policies recommended were rejected by the Israeli government and this warning:
"the Koenig report 'includes dangerous evaluations and statements. Were they accepted as an authorized position, they would cause a conflict between the Jewish majority and the Arab minority."
From the organized brutality directed at the Palestinian people since then, there can be little doubt, that the policies described in the Koenig Report did in fact become official Israeli policy for dealing with the "Intifada." Many of the official policies of harassment mentioned in the report I have and much more became the policies used to disenfranchise the Palestinians from the land taken from them. The testimony of these brutal policies translated into military tactics, match the descriptions given by witnesses to the violent suppression of the Palestinian people. They describe fascism in action.
This form of fascism and ethnic cleansing used by the Zionist
government in Israel is anti-Semitism (by definition, Arabs are
Semitic), based on Zionist "supremacist" beliefs. Israeli quotes about the sub-human nature of the Palestinians are easy to find on the Internet:
"One million Arabs are not worth a Jewish fingernail." -- Rabbi Yaacov

"(The Palestinians are) beasts walking on two legs."
Menahim Begin, speech to the Knesset, quoted in Amnon Kapeliouk, "Begin
and the Beasts". New Statesman, 25 June 1982. (according to CAMERA.org,
Begin was allegedly only referring to baby-killing terrorists here and here.
Quotations from the modern founder of Zionism, Theodor Herzl, suggest
that anti-Semitism should be a key component of Zionism:
"It is essential that the sufferings of Jews. . . become worse. . .
this will assist in realization of our plans. . .I have an excellent
idea. . . I shall induce anti-semites to liquidate Jewish wealth. . .
The anti-semites will assist us thereby in that they will strengthen
the persecution and oppression of Jews. The anti-semites shall be our
best friends". (From his Diary, Part I, pp. 16) Also "debunked" by
CAMERA.
"So anti-Semitism, which is a deeply imbedded force in the subconscious
mind of the masses, will not harm the Jews. I actually find it to be
advantageous to building the Jewish character, education by the masses
that will lead to assimilation. This education can only happen through
suffering, and the Jews will adapt." (p. 68 of Part I of his Diary)
According to this same website there is a historical connection to the use of anti-Semitism, as a Zionist tool for forcing the Jews to leave Europe and return to the Holy Land:
"During World War II, the Lehi organization, an offshoot of Begin's
Irgun, that was headed by Yitzchak Shamir sought an alliance with
Nazis! The following is a quote from the writings of the Lehi in their
contact with the Nazis: 'The establishment of the historical Jewish
state on a national and totalitarian basis and bound by a treaty with
the German Reich would be in the interests of strengthening the future
German position of power in the Near East ... The NMO in Palestine
offers to take an active part in the war on Germany's side ... The
cooperation of the Israeli freedom movement would also be in line with
one of the recent speeches of the German Reich Chancellor, in which
Herr Hitler stressed that any combination and any alliance would be
entered into in order to isolate England and defeat it.'"
Famous Zionist leader Zeev Jabotinsky even drew up an "evacuation plan"
which he peddled to the governments of Poland, Hungary and Romania, for
the forced evacuation of all Jews in those countries to Palestine.
According to Orthodox Judaism, the return of the Jews was not a matter to be decided by mere men, but by God Himself.
"Rabbi Joel Teitelbaum,... in his book 'VaYoel Moshe,' calls the
creation of the Israeli state an "act of Satan", blames Zionism for the
Holocaust and calls it the greatest form of spiritual impurity in the
entire world. Some Orthodox, and some Hasidic groups, have either
adopted his approach, or do not oppose it. However, the Satmar approach
is one of Hareidi Judaism's approaches."
Israeli brutality against Palestine and her other neighbors is
rationalized by Christians, who believe that they are doing God's Will
by helping His "chosen people" to retake the land, in a human decision
to replicate the original creation of Israel, which was made possible
by the slaughter of the native Canaanite inhabitants (all of them were
murdered). I argue that those who call themselves "Zionists" do not
represent the Jewish people, but are, in fact usurpers of the name
"Jews," who have stolen the mantle of Judaism from the real Jewish
leadership in Europe, who were murdered in the Holocaust. The Zionism -
vs - Judaism issue can best be dealt with by the Jews.
Quoting the same site again:
"Judaism is a religion. Judaism is not a race or a nationality."
Israel is a people, not a nation. America is about to start an even
bigger war, stretching from Lebanon to Iran, because Zionists have
played on our natural guilt about the Holocaust and the Christian
beliefs of the American majority, to rid "Israel" of its angry Muslim
neighbors, based on a series of lies and political manipulations. If
the truth were told, it would be that Israel's neighbors hate us
because of our support of Israel's fascist policies used against the
helpless Palestinians, and America's use of those same tactics in the
"war on terror." Muslim rage reflects their "righteous indignation" at
the images of entire families, their families, being terrorized and
forced off the land where they have always lived, from before the time
of Abraham (their forefather, as well).
There is little doubt that the United States has the military power to
erase most of the Arab world on Israel's behalf, but it would be by
committing genocide on a scale that Hitler would have been in awe of.
America ascended to its position of world power by fighting the last
attempt to dominate the world in this manner. How could decent people,
dedicated to the principles of our founders and those who fought
Hitler, give-in to those voices of American and Israeli fascism today,
who desire to do the same thing to the other half of the world's
Semitic people?
The solution to the war on terrorism is not a military one, it is a
humane one, founded in the basic concept of seeing "the enemy" as
humans, not as sub-humans. If we faced the truth, we would see that we
have been on the wrong side in the Middle East for a very long time.
Since the beginning, our support has been going to support terrorists.
The actions of those "freedom fighters" who first moved from the
European ghettos to Palestine, to begin the slaughter and the ethnic
cleansing, is typified by the Irgun gang terrorist attack upon the King David Hotel
in Jerusalem in 1946, where ninety-one people were killed (including 28
British). Americans, in the past, have also paid a heavy price for
being in the way of the Zionist dreams of "Greater Israel." In 1967,
Israeli ships and warplanes killed 34 American servicemen in a savage attack on the USS Liberty.
If more Americans knew the historical record of Israel and our own
history with the Muslim world, then there would be no question as to
why the Muslim world is inflamed with anti-Americanism today.
The only sane solution to the mess that is destroying
America in the Middle East is for us to undo the mistakes that we have
made there, and to rebuild as much as we can of what we have destroyed
in getting us to this point. To quote a certain Rabbi Weiss, from a
soon to be pulled video from YouTube, the answer should include the
drastic solution of dismantling the Zionist state.
