			<description>I think that the following could happen:

1) The banking corporations could fail, due to properties that become unsellable, and the problem could become so severe that foreclosures could not even be worth the banks legal energy, so eseentially giving away useless property.

2) It is possible that some suburban mansions may be bulldozed into farmland

3) Its possible that one could convert some highways into high speed railways, trolley lines, and other methods of transporation as a retrofit transit system.

4) It may just people that people living there will have to bundle up and bear hot summers.
