There was never a Palestinian Government governing a region know as Palestine 99.9 % of the Middle East is not controlled by jews. The Palestinians cannot be considered nationalistic as they have never had a nation, therefore they are simple territorial. Isreal is .1 % of the Middle East. Get of your moral high horse. If my parents and other parents like mine fled the Soviet Bloc because of persecution and fear of violence... leaving countries that have existed for thousands of years why can't the Palestinians relocate, they have a "territorial snarl" for what 40 years now? Big Deal. They speak the same language as other arabs, they have the same religion, culturally they have few unique traditions to the area. Most of the palestinian population was not even alive when the palestinians lived in the Occupied territories. Half the population is not even 30. What are they clinging to misery...
