There is a reason why the Bumble Bee is larger than the mosquito.
God only allows those who are tender at heart to be large.

I would suggest hate. Deep rooted hate. A hate that is personal. Pick an enemy much larger and stronger than you. And let that hate simmer in there for months. The enemy Castle may be in the sky, way beyond your reach. But don't you worry, without you knowing, your mind will give birth to plots, and plans. Hate will build you a concrete stairway leading straight up their door.

Climbing it would land you in jail. (a classic "mice planning to tie a bell on the cat" syndrome). But perfecting this Stairway in your head has a wonderful side-effect. You will burn off pounds.

In all of us there is a human, and there is a beast. The beast is what takes over when a person is hungry, afraid, or Hunting.

This way you distract the beast from food, and into ..... (dare I say it) blood lust?. In fact you may tend to sleep more and eat way less. This is because the beast is working when you are not. It will be salivating and itching for a chance to be let loose. Eventually it will rob you of the niceness that made you the big softie you are today.

So, do you really want to be a skinny person like me? - Tom K

Lots of meaty stuff in your article (no pun intended)! Women especially seem to eat out of boredom and as a way of relieving stress. Has nothing to do with being hungry or feeling satiated. Another biggee is eating the wrong food and too much food at social gatherings out of nervousness. Great article! - Diane Gilabert
