Let's talk about some very likely consequences of US military action against Iran:

1. Using China-su0pplied Silkwork anti-ship missels, Iran will take out a number of oil tankers in the Persian Gulf. Insurance companies will cancel insurance on tankers in the Gulf. The effect on the world economy, and especially the US economy, will be catastrophic.

2. Using China-supplied Silkworm anti-ship missiles, Iran will take out a number of US ships, which may include one or two aircraft carriers.

3. Missiles will be used against the US "Green Zone" in Iraq, and Iraq will be used as a military stageing plateform for military operations against Iran. One or both of these factors will most likely result in the US puppet government in Iraq insisting that all US forces be withdrawn from Iraq post-hast.

4. The damage to US power and prestige in the near East and the world in general will be incalcuable. - g. Anton
