I don't think Americans (we) have been dumbed down. And, I think we care. I know I care. Even if I didn't think that someone was trying to rig the election, I would be angry on the grounds that there are credible reasons to doubt the result. I have read that it is part of our delusion -the delusion that we are the greatest democracy on earth - that makes us trust the election results despite the procedures in place. Given the wealth of our nation and the principles we share, we should have an air-tight election process, with checking and rechecking, independent audits, a transparent paper trail, and access to raw exit poll data!

Besides, what can you do about election fraud? Elect someone who will change the system? - Michael

Hi im from Finland and I have followed Ron Paul campaing via internet. Media has blocked RP totally and his name has been mentioned only four times during last year... Im 100% for Ron Paul. I have read Greg Palast´s book and watched his reports from youtube... One essential book about US media is Noam Chomsky´s media control. You might agree or disagree with him on many issues, but I think has a point. Americans need to bring democracy back (or for the first time) to people! - Masa

http://www.wethepeoplefoundation.org/PROJECTS/NCEL/CourtDocs.htm

New Hampshire is but another State with problems with counting the vote.

We all must get behind LEGAL PROTECTED VOTING by hand counting our votes with full disclosure just like all evidence, have a chain of evidence procedure in full view of the populace!

Thank you Kuchinich and Mr. Howard for requesting/paying for this recount!

Please go to:
http://grannywarrior.chipin.com/recount
to help pay for it! GO RON PAUL!!!

What are we to do? I put 4 years in the marines 68-72 alot of good boys old and young gave their lives so the rest of us can vote in free elections. Why did they die? If this is what they died for phony machines, phony counts, phony leaders? I think we need to get the machines out and from this day on we vote with paper and we count the votes in full viewing by anyone whom wants to see the count. If you think I will let them draft my boys with a phony dictator put in charge by phony machines with phony vote counts. Your full of BUSH. The sniveling coward. AWOL spells coward, go to "real jew news" this is a jewish ran site and it scares the Bush out of this old salt. - Otis

All the evaluations I have read about th electronic voting machines report that they are hackable with no trace. Interesting that they were implemented despite this information.

I hope for Ron Paul. - Brad

Bev Harris and most of the software communities feel a need to do something about these issues and I think this will be one of the fault lines in this upcoming election, which counties are computer and which not. How do these votes appear to differ and by what margin of percentage. Instead of having elections so fraught with fraud maybe we should implement a program via Internet providers to get citizens across the country to vote on legislation via the net for a $5 discount per month in which they tak time to vote, say 100 million votes on issues relating to legislation, seems more incentive and easier to implement for those unwilling to thrown in their two cents and would augment the votes by the house and senate as well as emails. - Ray

Why are we surprised. We think elections are accurate reflections of the vote. Do we really know for sure? Ron Paul truly is threating I would imagine to all the established interest groups of Republicans and their supporters so why not forget to count or change a number her and their?
