Felons can't vote and at least a voter has a right to petition and complain. Giving it up? They laugh at both voters and non-voters. Corzine just rammed biotech spending down NJ's anti vote. Laugh and spend. No representation. We need a constitution law enforcement raid on congress' null and void laws from 1900s. Doesn't FBI do this?
