There is no record of this statement in any of the sources often cited as sources of the quote. Also it contradicts everything else Mussolini has said on the subject. I've been one of the "others" all of my life. I can tell you that if you were black or hispanic or a drug user or just a longhair who dresses "funny," you'd have been given the third degree every time you encountered a cop for the last 40 years or more.
