This is about a manifestation of the Horwitzian philosophy of higher education governance: Make a partially true claim that the left is too influential in liberal education. Shout the argument from the highest places and demand equality for alternate views. Threaten shool administrators with legal entanglement if they don't comply. Demand that progressive/liberal/left wing views be silenced because they are not main stream.

Higher education administrators have enough trouble trying to avoid legal costs and when these animals start to make threats they feel they have no recourse.
The solution for those silenced (Jensen included) would be to just demand that when an offer is made to speak, the offer is kept. If withdrawn, sue. This is not about someone who has myriad places from which to be heard. This is about criminals trying to destroy America. - enemy of the people
