Get the Facts

As a former member of the Strategic Air Command, all I can say is, get the facts, you aren't even close! Even Salla missed the mark by a long shot (I think he got his PhD from Wal-Mart). These blogs are nothing more than the insane rantings of conspiracy theorists who want to be heard. - a guest

The leak was from a military publication! You fools; this was intentional, it would be different if MSNBC or someone leaked it, but this was a calculate response or annoucement to a specific party, whose identity we are not privy to in he interest of national security. - a guest

Barksdale Air Force Base is not a 'staging area' for B-52's getting ready to deploy. It's a fully operational B-52 base and has been for years. EVERY Air Force Base is a staging area for operations leading to deployment overseas. That's why we all have Operational Readiness Inspections. To make sure that EVERY SINGLE Air Force Base in the world is ready at a moments notice to deploy to an in theater operation.

Additionally, the missiles were not flown to Texas for decommissioning. They were flown to Louisianna (Shreveport).

And taking a quote from an Air Force Base Mission page and pasting it in to make your story more believable is funny too. Just because their mission is to train all 52 crews and saying that they participate in combat doesn't verify your story. It just verifies that B-52's are used in combat, which has been the case for better than 50 years. Way to go!

If you believe this jumbo crock of garbage, than you're goofy. - a guest

I think this flight being noticed is very simply by design. A petty attempt by the powers that be to say "Look what we've got & we are prepared to use them".

It has to be realised surely that any matter after 9\11 has to have a complete footprint - if its origins had to be traced then they would. Don't over think this folks - the over thinking is supposed to be for those who upset us overseas! - a guest

I know conspiracy theorists love to believe this stuff. If it truly were a "black" mission as you describe, the number of people who knew about it would have been so tightly controlled that it wouldn't have been leaked until after the mission had already occurred. This is simply a MAJOR breakdown in protocols... and more heads are going to roll before all is said and done. - a guest

Some reports say it's 6 warheads. Is it 5 or 6? I've heard some reports even say that it took off with 5 and landed with 6. I've also noticed some papers (like the Jerusalem Post) have edited their stories from 5 to 6. Why the mistake? This seems pretty important, and you'd think they would get the number right. - a guest
