Billions of people around the world watched it. It shows the South WTC Tower fall to earth. There is a large steel beam sticking up for several hundred feet into the air above the collapsed tower. It is bound to weigh more than a hundred tons. All of a sudden it turns to powder in less than five seconds. I suspect the machine or machines that did this was located inside the No. Seven WTC Building. I likewise suspect the mystery machine or machines was made by Raytheon Inc. I sent Representative Carolyn Maloney of NY a CD of the spectacle with the return address on the CD mailer of the Brooklyn police rather than my own address. She was apparently afraid to open it. The next thing I saw was the NY police at my door. Officer Abrams said to me, "Mr. Wheeler, It would be extremely helpful to me if you wouldnt send any more CDs to the police department. I then said, "They've leaned on you pretty heavly haven't they?" I then said, "I guess you know that Giuliani's office was in that building." We had a long talk. I also suspect thar the "Mystery Machine" was powered by a gigantic electrical generator underneat the basement floor of the No. seven building. This generator is the only thing that could provide the megajoulage of energy necessary to destroy the two WTC Buildings. Had I been the one planning such a deed, I'd have done it so that the towers toppled over onto surrounding structures, thus killing everyone in the towers AND as many others as possible.
