All I know is that the Democrats who bought a load of fascism and sold the country out are the same people who dropped out of "The Movement" after Chicago '68, divorcing themselves from radical reform and vowing to "work within the system." And so they have. And the system consumed them. And the radicals were right. Was it Country Joe MacDonald? No! It was Funkadelic who titled an alubum "America Eats Its Young" in 1972. That was the lesson of JFK, RFK, MLK, Chicago, Kent State and the rest of it. America didn't learn. Now we've got Bush to deal with, and his successors -- if there are any.
