<description>Can you tell me, please, where you're based?

I ask because each weekday I put together an e-mail for several hundred people on our campus (the University of Illinois) to alert them to citations that mention the university and/or researchers from our campus.

When I do this, I like to be able to do it in a consistent format that identifies where the citation appeared and where the publication, broadcast outlet or online site is located. Here's an example:

The Spokesman-Review (Spokane, Wash., July 1) -- The sun will rise in the east, University of Illinois researchers predicted today.

So, can you help me by providing the city (and state, if applicable) and country where you consider yourself to be based, please?

Thank you.
