William C. Carlotti spent about 45 years as a construction manager organizing the work force to transform the symbol-users products — architectural and engineering plans — into hi-rise structural steel buildings, sewage treatment plants, a major sports arena and various and sundry other structures. In the process of also raising a family of five children along with his wife, he was also actively involved in the efforts to improve the New York City school system, and to eliminate discrimination in the building trades. He is now retired and write from home in Vermont. |
